Head east from the Aman'lu teleporter and go down the ramp and across the path to the Pet Shop. Head northeast toward the house in the mist. There's a target practice area just beyond it to the north, where Eumenidie regularly practices her archery, although she'll occassionally briefly drop in to Eolanda's nearby house for a short while. Speak to her and she'll ask for help in creation of the Viperclaw reagent for bows and crossbows. Agree to assist her to initiate this quest.

First check your characters' inventories for any of the required items as depending on where you are in the game they may already have one or more of them. You can just re-approach Eumenidie, who'll exclaim that your party has found one or more or that they need to keep looking. You can also check the inventories of Arcanists Agrand in Aman'lu, Bernard in Eirulan, and Bianca in Kalrathia. You can find all of the required ingredients for sale from time to time. Your party can take each ingredient to Eumenidie as they obtain it or return when all three have been gathered and give them to her at once.

Leave Aman'lu through the North Gate and enter The Aman'lu Hills. Follow the meandering trail until reaching the signpost just before the bridge, then head down the incline between the bridge and the house into the water. Proceed southwest and pick up the Jagged Arrowheads reagent out of the water.

Teleport from Aman'lu to the Elen'lu Isles and follow the path a short distance to the east through the entrance arch of The Temple of Istauru and Isteru. Head out the back door and across the short bridge to actually enter the Elen'lu Isles. Walk to the east end of the first island and cross the bridge to the second isle. Turn north and cross the next bridge to the third isle, where they'll find a smoldering fire. Continue east across the long sagging bridge to the fourth isle. Turn north again and cross over to the fifth isle, where they'll find another smoldering fire. Cross over the bridge to the west onto the sixth isle and head down the hill, then turn to the south to encounter the elevator heading down. Activate the switch to ride the elevator down into A Flooded Chamber. Proceed west through the first doorway and continue west through the next chamber, with a war pedestal to the south on through the next doorway, then turn and go through the doorway to the south to find the up elevator on a raised platform. Head there and activate the lever to ride the elevator back up to the surface, where they'll find the Griifon Feather just to the east of the arch directly in front of them.

Teleport from Aman'lu to the Vai'kesh Forest (South) teleporter. Head to the northeast and follow the path as it turns to the north until they arrive at the bridge. Cross the bridge and continue following the path southeast eventually curving to the east until arriving at the second bridge. Cross the bridge and immediately head west along the ridge until they encounter the entrance to A Small Vai'kesh Cave. Enter and proceed south down the incline, then turn to the west and continue forward and do battle with the waiting Vai'kesh, then continue on toward the door in the rear. They'll encounter the Onyx Fragment on the south side not far from the door. If you have Evangeline in your party, they can open the door and complete the first segment of her quest, if that's not already been done.

Once they've found all three reagents, return to Aman'lu and proceed east from the teleporter, going down the ramp and across the path to the Pet Shop. Continue northeast toward the house in the mist and find Eumenidie, who's most likely in her target practice area just beyond it to the north (if she's not there, she's inside the house). Once she's received all three of the requested reagents, she'll quickly fashion the Viperclaw reagent and give one to your party, which completes this quest.
