Head west form the Eirulan teleporter and enter the Eirulan Magic Shop. Turn north and speak to Enchantress Lumilla, who has a left hand with an eye in the palm icon above her head. Ask her about Alchemy, then accept her quest to find four Nettle Clusters for her.

Nettle Clusters can be found in the Greilyn Jungle (all four sections). E.G. on the way into A Dark, Bone Filled Cave in The Southern Greilyn Jungle. They are reagents and obtained as dropped treasure after successful battles or just lying around in those areas. An easier method of obtaining them after they've found at least one, is to buy them from Archanist Bernard, who's standing on the walkway just before your group gets to the Outpost tramway when going there (north) from the Eirulan teleporter. If he has none or your active character bought all he had, just come back a little later and his stock of Nettle Clusters is usually replenished. Note that his stock changes as they progress in the game and he then may no longer or not as often carry them. Return and again speak to Enchantress Lumilla in the Eirulan Magic Shop, whose left hand with an eye in the palm icon (indicating potions, etc. for sale) has now also an orange question mark (indicating a quest has been given) separated by a slash, after your party has obtained the required four Nettle Clusters to receive her Salve and complete the quest.
